Sorry but you have to pay to go to college and it does not fall under the plan. Public schools only k-12

Was FDR a socialist? No.
Is Obama a socialist? No.
And he may not be a complete nationalist, but the stereotype of American nationalism is a redneck man living in a trailer who is always shooting his guns and saying " This here is uh-mare-ey-ka!" and I'm pretty sure the President of the United States wouldn't be a hick, nationalist or not.
