Act unusually towards allies and apologize for no apparent reason - Check
Increase national debt tremendously - Check
Begin a healthcare service that practically FORCES Americans to wait for months on a waiting list before being able to see a doctor, regardless of vitality of needed operation(s) - In Progress
Use immense popularity to slam primary media critic - Check
Redistribute wealth through taxation - No Check
Alter one of the most recognized symbols in the world, possibly to campaign symbol - No Check

I can see that you have no understanding of why these things were done.
Obama has not acted unusually to our allies and enemies, in fact Bush is a bit more unusual when it comes to foreign policy.
Also I wonder why he has so much popularity if he's doing such stupid(from your point of view) things. HRM. I wonder if it could possibly be that the rest of America doesn't see them as so stupid.

If you ask me, it's the idea of him being the first black president.
The approval rate of his policies is dropping, but not he himself.
