no ''too loud'' script

A radius shown like a 3d sphere would help. Perhaps when brick outlines are shown (build tools e.g. Wrench) it could be shown like how Water bricks are always shown?

What if we could change the radius of the noise zone? To me it seems it's "Too Loud" When you can't hear it at all.
