Hey guys, can somebody give me mroe of an explanation as to what compressing your disk drive is? like will it disable my files until decompressed or something? |

I always viewed it as a means to extend storage space on the hard drive or to increase the relay response for information retrieval. I could be wrong on both counts, but oh well. lol I'm no PC guru. |
