Port Fowarding: Not Working Even Though I Know I did It Right

Well, if you did it right, you would be able to host.

Your ISP may have some security that would make you unable to host. That's supposedly what happened to me at one point.

Not even close. I have no words that could be used to describe how wrong this is.

I made ping diagnostic and I know it sucks and is broken. However if it's telling you that your server is working, then it's an add-on or something.
