Where do I put faces that I make?

I was wondering what file you put it in. Sorry if its a noobish qustion but Im just new to making faces.

It must be in a .ZIP file with the folder thumbs, you have to make the folder, insert your thumb into the folder and dump it in the .ZIP, next throw in your main decal/face and name the .ZIP (decal/face_insert) remember no spaces, then move the .ZIP into the add-ons folder, from there on your decal will work.
