Cannot find commands :[ (/resizeme /explode head etc.)

I asked a friend about these and they pointed me to the forums, but I just couldn't seem to find an actual download or link to it in any posts, and it doesn't seem to be in RTB.

Hmm, now I found it. This always happens on any forum I go to. I ask something simple and answer myself in a few minutes.
