It's a real vehicle.

If you make a baseplate on wheels then make a whole new set of movable bricks that can't be created on the ground and make a "freefall zone grid" where the bricks will be like the vehicles themselves then make that "freefall zone grid" moveable itself to stay attached to the baseplate and wheels.

What the forget are you babbling about?

This is the main issue with this topic.

I have an Idea.
How about you get a tire brick and have a script say when 4 wheels are touching one base plate it can drive.
For the steering system you could have it be like a 4x4 box and when you walk in it sets you in a driving postion like when you jump into a vechice. Driving should be able to be evented like in scratch...some day.

fxDTSBricks aren't meant to be mounted on anything, simply created and stay static aligned on a grid occupying a certain amount of space. Your best bet would be to learn to model and do it yourself.

I understand the nodes post. You'd jsut have a vehicle base like that one, and have a bunch of like, 1x1's or something modeled on it, then just make something to hide the nodes of the ones you don't want there.
It wouldn't be building on the vehicle, but it would look like it, and would be customizable. And very possible also.
