HELP! Save files corrupted?

I loaded my RPG and many bricks were missing from it, in different places. Not random places, but there are four areas that have at least 50 missing bricks. The load said the save loaded all of the bricks fine, but it's definitely not fine. What happened to my save?

I have two pictures of my rope bridge, before and after.
I will upload them in a second.

And I was building from one side to another (right to left) so there would be no way for it to look like that unless it became corrupted.

Ok, this happens sometimes, and there are ways to prevent it.
Ephialtes has an add-on to help
Backing up your saves in this manner will help prevent stuff like this, given that you save often enough.
If this happens, you can just load a non-corrupted backup.

It's not just there, some bricks are missing in areas I last worked on a week ago.
So, thanks for the link and all, but how can I fix this, besides rebuilding everything?
Also, my computer suddenly lost power yesterday. I had saved the most recent save, and I didn't even have this save open.
When I reloaded the save, it was like this.
