1. No, its not an add-on i will make, but i have many pretty pages with cool Blockland add-ons you dont know :D
2. Yes,you need to make the characters, but not decals, just enter the player customization menu of BLOCKLAND and try to make it look like a character. I said Decals, because you can use any decal in the forums. Dont make new ones, please.
3. Yes, im giving out the prizes...
