no because copyright has limits.
you can use charactors from movies,real-life gun ands vehicle,s,etc.
im just saying its illeagal to copy the acual map without permission from jagax co.
. if we asked they might let us make a map. but hardly anyone here wants to spend their time making something that has to do with runescape.

Is it illegal to draw a map of Runescape without Jagax permission?

its not illeagal to draw what you think it looks like.
its just that if you copy it directly off of runescape without permission its illeagal.
