Port Some more V8 vehicles

The police car was ported, but I think it had bugs...

Ya we relay do need to port some more stuff, weapons too.
I had saved my old addons folder but the file vanished :(

Don't know about the other car.
The Semi, I really want. It's been ported once but the port wasn't very good.
