Client-Side Decals

It would be nice for people to be able to see the 'Funky' decals i've collected from the Forums, without having to download them directly from The Forums. But, on the other-hand, i would not want to have to download every single decal that the Server Host has. An option to choose whether or not to download them, would be good, and it would be off on default, of course.

listen, the reason i asked about the funky shirt is because every one can see it, and why not make the decals like this "mod".

Because funky shirt changes the COLOR of your avatar. That has nothing to do with decals (As far as I know, I've never actually seen it in action).
I would like decals to be server-side, though. It would have pros and cons, but I still think it would be nice.
