tuned and police vehicles

why not create vehicles in tuned and police version, example: a police blocko car, a tuned jeep, a police crime van, a tuned blockstang, its awesome for movies and racing servers, likes NFS, with roadblocks, polices chasing tuned cars, is wanna be awesome, please someone create this, oh and a police helicopter too, is wanna be awesome

I don't understand what you mean by 'tuned'. And with the police vehicles, did you mean so that people in Police vehicles 'talk' in a sort of 'TeamSpeak' to other Police Vehicles, So only other Police Officers could hear them. For Co-ordinating plans.
