Environment glitch

I got a new computer a few moths ago and wen i play bl this happen to the environment and some times even shapes like lamp shade in bedroom.

high quality

medium quality

low quality

minimum quality

so i have been using minimum for best performance but i want best so please help

oh this has happened before the update so its not v12
