Lol, you should remember that I've dealt with .gifs for the past 4 years.
Due to the fact that this image is being hosted on a website, you have to recieve the info from the website first, thus those with faster processing+better internet connection see it as fast as it should go. (60 FPS)
Which, for me, it definately isn't.

It's two frames. If it's larger than two frams you suck for making it larger than it should be. Quickly experimenting, a two frame gif going at 60 FPS flashes way too fast. The maximum you that I found works for a two frame gif is 12 FPS. And oh, look! I can make gifs too!

Also, processing power won't make a difference to how fast it loads, not to mention my internet is capped at the moment so I download at about 10 kb/s. And people don't get seizures just from seeing your avatar flash.

FFF, forgot to mention, 12 isn't the maximum speed you dumbforget.
I'm pretty sure it's at least 33 seeing as I have made 33-FPS animations and they are here on these forums.

loving handicap. He means that 12 fps two-frame .gifs are the best for viewing because they do not change frames too fast.
