ACT v. SAT

I think I took one of those. I think something with an S, the SCAT? I know it sounds like scat...
In math I got a high enough score to get into lower level colleges :D

i got a question, dunno if any of you will be able to answer it, its kind of complex...
but i never took either one of those exams but im already IN college, except abroad - not in the states. Im going to transfer though, to a college on the east coast, will they want me to take ACT/SAT? or will they not bother cause I already finished my 2nd year of college and should be going into my third..?
