Port Forwarding On a Mac

There is no decent tutorial for port forwarding on a Mac.
I am requesting that someone should make one, similar to the one that Badspot posted and stickied.
The tutorial has to be for the Mac version 10.3.9.

First of all it's "has the need to be for a".
Second of all, no it dosn't.
