lag problem

What type of internet do you have? If you have dial up that may be the problem. Also wireless internet could be a problem.

Ok try connecting directly to your router with an ethernet cable. If that doesn't help then the problem is with your internet connection and there is nothing you can do about that (besides buying better service).

Unless it has something to do with his computer, which, would be quite serious.
Do webpages load slowly for you? Like, exceptionally slowly?
