| Cannot find a certain target event. -Resolved- |

I'm looking for the events that add the "Owner(Player)" and "Owner(Client)" targets to the event system. I've searched everything I could think of, and still cannot find it. If it has been removed for some reason, please tell me, but otherwise if you know where to find it, I would appreciate it if you told me. Thanks in advance. EDIT: I seem too have found it. It doesn't seem to be the original one I had looking at the comments, but it should do. Locking.
