I gym it up too. cross training and treadmill are what i do mostly, works up a real sweat. they got nice touchscreens on the machines for tv, so you're not dying of boredom |

During my softmore year a guy lost 100 pounds running cross country, so try running after a few jogs if you really wanna burn that fat off :P |

Treadmill+1hour+TV= Win, then after that sit ups, pushups, and some other stuff I need for Baseball/Football. |
