Are you using a Bamboo Tablet? (or other..) This is what ive been using to make nice cleaner faces.. (The sofware I use to create the faces is Adobe Photoshop CS4) |

The hair looks just plain weird, like dripping slime, His mouth is way too rectangular, the face isn't even transparent. You should make the hair a color other than black, plus it's way too curvey. |
