The hair looks just plain weird, like dripping slime, His mouth is way too rectangular, the face isn't even transparent. You should make the hair a color other than black, plus it's way too curvey.

(The sofware I use to create the faces is Adobe Photoshop CS4)

You cannot color white faces. I dont think you can make transparency in MS Paint, but you can in Photoshop.
