Holy stuff North Koreans are threatening us!

Ok, now I have a theory. If North Korea was going to nuke us, they would have done it by now. They are obviously threatening just to get what they want/ attention whore.

a terrorist group isnt a militant from any nation.
this is common knowledge. that's why they are called terrorists.
otherwise it would just be considered an act of war from a country.

Well,they are threatening to on an American holiday so the odds of it being true reach a level.
