V.10 arwing port or remake?

I was wondering if it was possible to re-make the arwing from V.10
or maybe port it.

Wrench a brick and choose the emitter from the drop-down menu.

Well, considering it gets remote-failed, I think there is. I don't know what's wrong with it, but that needs to be fixed as well.
