Yup. I know of them. You should have seen it before, It was all the way to the other side of the screen. Damn I wish i had two loving monitors.

You just have one folder that has all your shortcuts. Smart, but I like not having to open up a folder just to get to my games or whatever.
What I do is just put most of my major applications I use on start menu like in the picture I posted, then have games fill right side of screen.

I can understand that, my old computer was similar. I guess I have all my icons in a folder because I can access everything I usually use right from my dock.
