No, the drown mod I'm talking about is one that a friend made for me for my Island RPG I'm working on. It's just a simple thing that kills people if they go outside an island's boundary. Doesn't really involve water, though, it's more of a zone thing. He just named it "Drown mod" because that was the effect it gives, that you swam too far and that you're drowning.
