Messed up keys

It does have that to uninstall, because it's the same exact computer I have. This has nothing to do with graphics drivers either, and it's not "random stuff."

i dont have that for some reason. i only have one item under "human interface devices"

Turns out this problematic driver reinstalls itself every time I start up my computer. Any way to make it not do that?
