So, what is your favorite music from a video game? that includes title themes, boss themes, battle themes, or intro themes, etc.

I think mine is the Sacred Grove music from Zelda TP

Probably "IDOLA" the Strange Fruits from Phantasy Star Online Ep 3.
While we're on the subject of game music, the lobby music from PSO Ep 3 has mixed in sounds from Priston Tale, although I see no connections between these two games.
Oh, Eternal Sonata and Baten Kaitos had the same music composer, Motoi Sakuraba. [Edit] Oh and The Whole New World for the premium arrange of PSO ep 1&2.

MY favorite music would be ZREO's versions of Link to the Past's Dark World Overworld and Minish Cap's Cloud Tops.

Cloud Tops is great music for Space in Orbiter (spaceflight simulator)
