Don't declaw your cat. :x Especially if you're gonna let it out. Also, train it. And even when it does occasionally scratch you, it doesn't hurt as much. You also get used to it. :D |

My cat scratches me when I pet it too much. Overstimulation is what my dad says it is. |

American Shorthair. I have two, and they barely shed except in the summer (which is shedding season for most animals anyway.) And even that is barely anything. |
