Add-On Enabled Saver

Something similar to the avatar saver or event saver, but it saves all of the add-ons that are enabled, then loads loads how they were enabled upon save. I think this is very useful if you host different servers and want different add-ons enabled for each one. I am pretty sure this is possible since BL does this by default, just doesn't have the multiple functionality.

I think this is what's going to happen with RTB3's "groups" system. If you're be allowed to put an Add-On in more than one group, you can then have the "Medieval Server" group, "Fort Wars" group, etc.
