Resizing Blender Animations

I have made an animation in Blender, and I want to use it as my avitar on the BLF (here, duh). I have two questions:

* What are the size requirements for an avitar here?
* How do I resize an animationI have just rendered the ani, and if there is anything to do past that, please tell me.

Deriboy:

1. 75x75 if its an animation.
2. Don't know.
