Invalid Chunk-the new and more deadly invalid packet?

Ok, so I go to Psycho's server, I finish Dl'ing Datablocks, But a pop up appears saying:
Invalid Chunk [00] [00] [00]
Truck/Motor/.png
Which is odd, Because he does not have truck add-on :c
So.. Can anyone help?

This is not a Blockland error message. I'm assuming it was a windows popup? What is the exact text of the message?
