I cant install Add-Ons Maps Work Fine

I did everything the Fourm Post "How to install add-ons" By badspot.
After doing everything he said I start the game check my Add-Ons and its not there.
Maps work fine.
I tried using a set called Heed Medival and it didn't work as well as some others I tried.

when you download press the save button. save it into downloads -add-ons. then were it says files press compressed zip file then press save. that should work.
