Translation: When you go into avatar options, while selecting chest decals, there should be a "Browse" feature, which enables you to use your own pictures. Sounds alot like Roblox. |

Wouldn't it mean that other people wouldn't be able to see it? If you don't DL the decal someone else is wearing, it doesn't show. |
