When you go into avatar options, while selecting chest decals, there should be a "Browse" feature, which enables you to use your own pictures.

Sounds alot like Roblox.

Wouldn't it mean that other people wouldn't be able to see it? If you don't DL the decal someone else is wearing, it doesn't show.
