It's not the mac version of WiFi, it's the mac version of a way to broadcast wifi.
Also: Can't quite remember the window you posted, but I do remember that unless you know the name and password to your network, you'll never port forward. The name and password are chosen when the network is set up, so... sounds like your dad knows. :/ good luck
