you can make it as satilite or as just somthing to look cool

It could be possible with out coliding like the FAN add-on

Couldn't this just be done by adding an ambient animation to a dts then making it work with a blb and aybe some other cs files?

The DTS is just a collision file. The BLB controls what renders and a BLB cannot be animated.
Use an item like the Fan or some system like the props that spawns a DTS.

I was talking about something like the tree. Could you put an animation in that?
