How Do You Make A .gif File Your Profile Picture?!?

You didn't even make any action happening...It just switches between two totally different pictures...
If you need to slow down a frame, change the Duration.

I just wish it wouldn't delete what I make everytime I make a new frame, though I may just be doing something wrong.
