She could always bootup linux and get your password.

find windows CD > put in computer > reformat

Start>Run>Regedit
Then find Netnanny/Net nanny, delete, find next, and so on.
Then restart.
Deathwish:
If there's any .dll's in Net Nanny's program folder, then rename them/move them/delete them, as it probably won't run without them.
