On a map I am making I am stuck crouching!

Supershift is a feature which shifts bricks with a distance equal to the length in that direction.
Alt key is what does that.
Shift key is also to crouch.

I think there is something wrong with your keyboard input. I think all modifiers are stuck on. In the bottom right is there something called filterkeys or stickykeys?

No but how do I stop crouching I have to hit the shift button to stand up but I have to hold it down to stand up.
