cant download duplicator

             Everytime i try to download the duplicator it doesnt let me. Can some1 please help me. I'M PRAYING SOMEONE WOULD!

@OP: Try downloading from a different link or restarting your computer and trying again.

You don't need winrar for this, I have it, but I don't have winrar.
