Try this :
Go to Start>Control Panel>Preformance and Maitenence>Power Options>Power Schemes.

This is an option is your computer.

Not a blockland issue. Figure it out in your options that you tinkered with.

Either that or your keyboard stupidly has a sleep mode button. (mine does)

Is hibernation on in Power Options >> Hibernate tab? in control panel?

Ahh yes, good idea Marcem...

Have you added any new hardware recently (G-card, Memory, Motherboard etc.)
Because sometimes your PSU will not provide enough power to the hardware and defaults to shutting down..

Also make sure there isnt anything blocking your fan outlets.
