Trying to decipher your message I believe what was meant to be said was something along the lines of
"My mum thinks that if we open the ports on our router we will get hacked/virus infected or similar"

To be honest, the chances of this are minimal as most websites run on port 80 and even something like Windows Firewall *spits on ground* would defend you from a port attack. If people really wanted to get to your computer.... they wouldnt use Blockland ports...

Ignore my mindless rambling above... this is the important thing - It is perfectally safe to open ports 28000 - 28032.
