I had surgery once, in my hip. It was kinda cool though, they put a mask to my face and tell me to breathe, and the next thing I know my hip aches and I'm sitting up in a hospital bed. Ah, knockout gas...

I had surgery on my nuts :( they even stole my DS, how messed up.
