Any "achievement" that you get would be permanently recorded as a description and a name. The entire idea would be that this is client-side only and gives no reward for completion other than seeing yourself get the achievement in a server - no "hats", no "score" - then it's much easier to keep track of things and eliminates the need/incentive to cheat it.
