You know that Ritalin is a heroin based drug. It's a depressant. A legal means to give your child an illegal substance. And they wonder why kids are so screwed up these days. You drug them with narcotics which damage brain cells and for some reason, it's okay because kids aren't supposed to be hyper or happy. ADD, in my opinion, created Emos.
