ok so i bought the game and started playing the new v12 but i can't build just normal i have to start with a 64x64 baseplate and when i try to lay one down i get and invalid placement message saying that i need to line it with an existing grid....What can i do to fix this??

#3.  you enabled terrain rules 64x64 baseplate or whatever it's called. Look for it, disable it.
