Exactly. I have yet to see him add it to the rules and if he just adds it, then he would be a douche to ban tails for breaking a law when it was not in place at the time. I think there is a fancy word for that too.

Badspot doesn't bad when he adds the rule.
There are still old ROBLOX links and old "not caring" drama posts around before he put in these rules.

The old roblox thing is due to them not being posted. It is automatic and thus it would be unable to detect if it is an old post.
besides, who wants to sift though a million pages just to ban a few people who do not care. And with that, taking out half the older active population.
