How much is the cheapest laptop?

I really wanted a laptop for a long time.How much would I have to save up to get a really cheap one?I don't mean cheap as in...sucky.I mean cheap as in low cost, but good laptop(good ram, hard drive,ect.)

I don't usualy get money(like...allowance[or however you spell it} but if I save up my parents might drop a bit of the laptops price off for me(pay some XP) so...whats a good, cheap laptop?
